Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully disassemble your furniture and place it back into its original Floyd boxes to ensure the items are protected during transit.
Schedule a Pickup
For larger furniture items, we will coordinate a specialized carrier pickup at your convenience; for smaller items, a prepaid shipping label will be provided.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable return shipping fees.
