What is the standard shipping lead time?
Most in-stock items ship within 5-7 business days. Custom upholstery or large furniture pieces may require 4-6 weeks for production and delivery. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Do you offer professional assembly services?
While our furniture is designed for easy, tool-free assembly, we do offer premium White Glove Delivery for select items. This includes room-of-choice placement, full assembly, and removal of all packaging materials.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all furniture in its original packaging. Please note that a 10% restocking fee applies to large furniture returns, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
Are your materials sustainably sourced?
